Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why Should I have my dumpster or trash/recycling bins cleaned?
A: Our state-of-the-art system effectively reduces health hazards by eliminating harmful pathogens such as Strep, Staph, E Coli, Salmonella, Listeria, and even the common cold virus. With our service, you can rest assured your trash bins and dumpsters will be clean, disinfected, sanitized and deodorized.
Q: How often should my dumpster or bins be cleaned?
A: Cleaning your dumpster or bins at least once a month is highly recommended. Some of our clients even prefer to have cleaning done weekly! Our service plans and scheduling is flexible. From a health standpoint, frequency of cleaning will impact bacteria and germ incubation and growth.
Q: Will you consider one-time cleanings?
A: Yes! Our service and pricing plans are flexible and can be tailored to your needs. As the first several cleanings are always the hardest due to residual build-up, it is less expensive (per visit) to have your dumpster or bin cleaned regularly.
Q: How do I start the service?
A: Visit our "Pricing" or "Contact Us" pages on this website or simply give us a call at 678-250-3990.
Q: What happens after I complete the Pricing Inquiry form?
A member of Trident Cleaners will contact you by telephone within 24-hours to set-up your first cleaning. Your first cleaning will be determined by your normal trash/recycling pick-up days.
Q: How will I know when my next scheduled cleaning is?
A: Customers that sign-up for our Annual Service Plan will be contacted via their preferred contact method (text/email/telephone) prior to their next cleaning visit.
Q: Does someone need to be at my home or business during cleaning?
A: No! Cleaning of your dumpster or bins does not require anyone present. We arrive at the suggested time and complete the service without you having to take time out of your day.
Q: Where do you get the water to clean my dumpster or bin?
A: We bring it with us! We utilize reclaimed water that is filtered. Technically, our water is safe enough to drink.
Q: What happens to all the dirty water that my dumpster or bin generates?
A: We take that with us too! Our self-contained system captures all the "dirty water" so that your business or residence is left looking clean. This water is then filtered and shared with a local car wash. They filter this water yet again and are able to recycle it and then properly dispose of it.
Q: How do I pay for my service?
A: Trident Cleaners accepts all major credit/debit cards, cash, and Venmo. Our preference is to spend our time cleaning rather than invoicing so we gladly offer discounts when your plan is paid in full.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: Trident Cleaners is based in Suwanee, Georgia. We service all of Gwinnett County and the immediate surrounding areas. We are more than happy to discuss one-time cleanings outside of this radius.
My name is Rob Learn and I’m the owner an operator of Trident Cleaners. I founded Trident Cleaners to provide a valuable and much needed service to the residents and fellow business owners of the Interstate 85 corridor.
I am originally from Buffalo, New York and hold a Bachelor’s degree (Hotel & Restaurant Administration) from Niagara University. I had spent my entire 25-year career in the hotel industry until I was drawn to this exciting new cleaning concept and wanted to launch it here in Georgia.
After more than two decades serving customers and clients in the hotel industry, I had been tirelessly seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity that I not only thought could be successful, but one that I was passionate about. Trident Cleaners is the culmination of those ambitions. By combining exceptional customer service, sales & marketing, and operational expertise with a passion for community, the environment, and small business - Trident Cleaners was forged.
I am supported by Michelle, my amazing wife of fourteen years, and our two beautiful daughters. “The Girls” (ages 9 & 12) are proud students of the North Gwinnett School cluster and we attend Gwinnett Church as members and volunteers. Our sincere hope is to transform Trident Cleaners into a successful, family-run, business as we grow into the future.
The opportunity to earn a living by serving area residents and businesses is a privilege not to be taken for granted. We have chosen to honor this commitment as true business stewards of a Give, Serve, Love mentality. Our business is For Gwinnett.
